Castello Management Alerts
Castello Management LLC sends text message alerts about the monitoring systems at the properties we manage. Alerts report equipment faults, alarms, power and network problems, and other changes in system status. We do not send marketing messages.
Who receives alerts
Alerts go only to our clients, their household staff and their service providers who ask to receive them. You opt in by signing our SMS alert consent form, or by sending us its wording by email. Agreeing to receive alerts is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. We send an alert when something happens at a property, so some weeks bring none and others bring several.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's plan determines what you pay.
Stopping alerts
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving alerts. You will receive one message confirming that you have opted out, and no more after that. Reply START to receive alerts again.

Delivery
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. We do not share your mobile number or your opt-in consent with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes.
